A Collaborative Optimization Method of Flight Slots Considering Fairness Among Airports

With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation, an increasing number airport groups are formed. However, existing literature on fairness mostly focuses among airlines. There is no research realization scheduling airports with overlapping resources in group. The goal this paper to comprehensively consider efficiency and slot scheduling, where should include both interairline interairport fairness. Subsequently, we developed a collaborative optimization model for group that takes into account above three objectives then uses ε-constraint method solve it. In addition considering basic operational constraints airport, also sets different adjustment boundaries achieve priorities specified by IATA. Applying Yangtze River Delta group, results show improved flight schedules can significantly reduce congestion, relatively fair result be obtained weighing airlines’ airports’ improve transparency decisions used as auxiliary tool help make decisions.
